Pages for specific areas

See Absence, Aeneas, Blanka, Dendae, Sinistrad, Whitequeen for some ideas on building/formatting area pages.

Possible topics to include in area pages:

  • General overview/description of area (theme, terrain, difficulty, etc.)
  • How to get there (mainland, Antharis, or island)
  • What to do there/appeals
  • What sought-after eq is found there and what makes it so desirable?
  • Any healing available?
  • Other interesting info about the area
  • Player memories?
  • What else?

Idea: "Key" for area page using emojis

Lourdes: I added a seedling emoji to indicate newbie-friendliness, and that made me think it could be helpful to devise a "key" of emojis that we could use to tag areas in the list, as I have done with Blanka (e.g., serves alcohol/food 🍺🍴, other healing 🩹, has a water source 💧, especially good for [guild] 🌳👩‍🍳🐱🧛‍♂️🔪✨🔮, has a kitchen 🍳, can pick herbs 🌿, death trap 💀, has a dragon 🐲, etc. etc.). Thoughts? [If you're on mobile you can select from existing emojis, in Windows holding down Win+. (period) will bring up an emoji search. Some look better than others - ⚔, for example, isn't fully compatible so it's simplified (not as large/colorful) in Windows but looks OK on mobile.]

Ghanima: Awesome idea. Where did you get the icons from, maybe there are more that we can use. I'd appreciate some feedback from admins as what content/properties would be OK to publish.
