Blanka's Newbie World, which originally opened on July 5, 1995, is one of several areas in the game designed specifically with new players in mind. The area consists of a forest and a small town. Though it is relatively small, just a few dozen rooms, the area has plenty of low-level creatures for even the tiniest of adventurers to kill. In addition, it is home to the NewbieVille Pub, a place of healing.
Finding Blanka's Newbie World
From the village green, go 5E to the jetty, then N into Charles' area, and finally W where you will see a big sign.
Tips & Tricks
- When killed, most of the creatures drop loot that can be worn as armour, eaten for healing, or sold for gc.
- The NewbieVille Pub serves free beer to players below level 4, and if you are above level 4 they cost only 2gc. What a deal!
- No creatures in this area are aggressive.
